Unwind with a Spa Treatment
Relax and recharge with a rejuvenating spa treatment. We can arrange for a professional to come to you during your Addo tour. All products are made with natural ingredients, including a foot scrub with salt and essential oils infused with local spekboom, a plant known for its incredibly healing and hydrating properties.
Personalized Accommodation
We prioritize your comfort and experience by booking you into high-quality lodges just outside the national parks. This allows for a more personalized stay. However, if you prefer, we can also arrange for you to stay inside the parks themselves.
National parks are government-owned and managed, offering vast, free-roaming areas for wildlife. Private game reserves are privately owned, often smaller, and provide a more exclusive and controlled safari experience.
National parks offer a truly authentic, free-roaming wilderness experience. You’ll cover a lot of ground and see diverse landscapes. However, because the parks are so large, spotting animals can be more challenging.
While our expert guides do their absolute best to find these animals, there is no assurance. The Big Five are free-ranging in a massive wilderness, and sightings depend on a variety of factors. Our focus is on providing an authentic experience, not a guaranteed sighting.
Giraffes are not native to the national parks in this region. However, we can easily arrange half-day walking safaris to view them at a nearby location.
For the best game viewing, we recommend the dry winter months (May to October), as the vegetation is less dense and animals are more visible. For the most beautiful scenery, the summer months offer lush landscapes and the excitement of seeing newborn animals.
