The average shot for plains game is between 150-300 yards. While we can accommodate longer shots if you are comfortable, we recommend practicing from a standing position using shooting sticks, as this is the most common scenario. Your guide will use a rangefinder to give you the exact distance.
We will pick you up at Port Elizabeth International Airport and drive you to our lodge, located about two hours away near Bedford. This is a quiet, rural area, and our lodge is in the bush. We have never had any security issues. No vaccinations or shots are required for this area of South Africa.
